This best-friends-to-lovers story is so good! Heath is a billionaire and a doctor. Atzi is an artist and a chocolatier. These two bonded over grief when they were young and became best friends. Heath has always had a “thing” for Atzi, but keeps it under wraps. When Atzi is caught in a lie and asks Heath to be her fake fiance things get heated. Heath is going to be the best fake fiance there ever was! Bring on the spice! Yes, this book is so steamy and I love these two together. Things get complicated and it’s evident that Heath has A LOT of growing to do. Enter a surprise pregnancy and these two are sent for a loop. This story was super steamy and sweet. I may have cried in there at one point, but don’t tell anyone… I love this series by Burgoa and I thoroughly enjoyed The Way of Us! 4 stars!
