The cover and name of this book are misleading. This is a hockey sports romance and it’s funny! Dex, our pro hockey player MMC, is hot and hilarious. He knows what he wants and he won’t stop until he gets it. Lindy is stuck in her nerdy groove. An accountant by day and a secret romance author by night, Lindy is a study in contrasts. Dex is just the thing she needs to start to enjoy life. This book was the sweetest, most hilarious, and spiciest book I have read recently. I loved it! Man Candy is a reverse age gap. Lindy is in her 30s and Dex is in his 20s. The push-and-pull between these two was perfect! I am def going to have to go back and read the first book about Lindy’s sister, Bridget. Get your hands on Man Candy, you won’t regret it! 5 stars!
