**New Release & Review** A Kiss of Frost by Honey Phillips

Can the warmth of the holiday season thaw an alien warrior’s frozen heart?

When Katerina is faced with an unwanted marriage, she takes her younger sister and runs, only to discover a small band of misfits hiding in some ancient ruins. Their fight for survival grows even harder as the holidays approach – until a massive horned warrior appears in their camp.

Subcommander Jackasarian D’Frostulen never seems to get things right. Stowing away on his leader’s ship – and crashing on the backwater planet of K.R.S. Three – is his worst mistake yet. Knowing that his career, and possibly his life, are over, he runs.

He finds an unlikely place with an enchanting female and her band of orphans. For the first time in his life he’s both wanted and needed. When unexpected difficulties arise, will he fight for the woman and children he’s come to love – or will he run again?

A sweet and steamy holiday tale featuring a feisty heroine, an unlikely hero, and, of course, a very happy ending!

Nancy’s Review

Fun read! “Jack Frost” crashes on an unknown planet. He’s basically a stow-away. Katerina is in a terrible situation with her little sister. They have a very cruel father. Katerina saves them and Jack ends up kind of saving her and more. What I loved in this book:

***Mr. Peppermint-y Jack Frost
***Another very endearing animal pet incoming! Honey does them so well!
***Strong FMC in Katerina.
***Just the right amount of steamy romance in this one.
***Family theme–you will see what I mean.
***The perfect epilogue for this series so far!

I love holiday novels and this is a sweet one! The villain is a surprise, so get ready for that. You’ll love it! 4.5 stars for this very cool holiday romance!!

About the Author

USA Today bestselling author Honey Phillips writes steamy science fiction romance about hot alien warriors and the Earth women they can’t resist. From abductions to invasions, the ride might be rough, but the end always satisfies.

Honey wrote and illustrated her first book at the tender age of five. Her writing has improved since then. Her drawing skills, unfortunately, have not. She loves writing, reading, traveling, cooking, and drinking champagne – not necessarily in that order.
