So… when I started this book I hated Machlan Wright. Like so much so that I almost put it down. Well, I did for like half a day. Such an unexpected story. Jane and Mach are literally fire together. After denying their attraction to each other for years over years, a fake marriage is the perfect excuse to spice it up. And they sure do make it spicy! Merging Wright has no shortage of steamy scenes, but that’s not the meat and potatoes of this story. These Wrights make so many things right, but only after failing forward. Maybe these two will find everything they never knew they wanted in the middle of a place that held so much heartache for Mach and the Wright family. Myles and Willow make all the difference in this story. Dunbar expertly winds all of these hearts together. In the end I was left with tears and a big smile. The songs that go along with each chapter really made this read a super-star experience! A broken silver fox and a hopeful heart find a forever home. Exquisitely done! 5 stars!
