Y’all know I love age gap romance. If anyone is emotionally unavailable, it’s Elliott. He gets involved in a project with Fern and he hides who he really is… They’re attracted to one another from the beginning, but they both fight it. As things unfold, it’s inevitable. I found this story super sweet and steamy. Burgoa kept me turning all of the pages. Elliott had to learn to open up his heart and Fern is too busy taking care of everyone to take care of herself. Elliott teaches her there’s more to life. I loved the family theme in this book. Such a good story, so don’t miss it! 4 stars
