This is Axel and Maisy’s story and it is SUPER sweet! I just loved Axel from the very beginning. Even though he isn’t dating Maisy he has appointed himself her protector and friend. I’m all about the alpha male saves female scenario and he fits right in. This is a little bit of an age-gap romance as the couple has 8 years between them. And Axel was a very young father. He has a daughter in college. He’s spent his life focusing on Lola and hockey and that’s it. It’s very hard for him to truly allow himself to love Maisy. Will he give his heart to her? You will have to read it and find out. This is a great new series by Azzi! Don’t miss this addition! 4 stars
