This story was SO good! The heat between Arawyn and her three guys Rathe, Fear, and Viper, continues to build in this story. Arawyn is learning her powers and all is not as it seems when it comes to who is after her. This book explores the relationships between Arawyn and her fated mates further. The focus is more on Fear and Viper. I feel Rathe will be uncovered in more detail in the next book. Yes, there is a next book. This ends not really in a cliffhanger, but a “to be continued” fashion. Through Illusions and Deceit is SUPER steamy. The detail, descriptions, and dialogue are first rate! Excellent writing and I look forward to more Rathe, Fear, and Viper! 4 stars
