This book was funny, sweet, and hot! Ashton is an arrogant one. The moment he sees Sage he knows he wants her. No matter they’re both 16. But life has a way of throwing you curve balls and it sure did throw a huge one at Sage. They don’t see each other again for 8 years, but Sage will never forget that kiss. Single mom status doesn’t make Sage very popular with dates, so she keeps that bit of info from Ashton. This story was a fun adventure. And let me tell you, that little Haiden is a devil with angel wings. I haven’t read the first book, but I felt The Fling did alright as a stand-alone. I thought Sage was a smart and strong female character. And Ashton and the guys kept me laughing. Definitely pick up this one if you like young adult romcom! 4 stars
