**New Release & Review** Handsome Devil by Sara Cate

Title: Handsome Devil
A Cocky Hero Club Novel
Author: Sara Cate
Genre: Contemporary Romance
Release Date: May 23, 2021
Vi Keeland and Penelope Ward are excited to bring you the Cocky Hero Club: original works from various authors inspired by Keeland and Ward’s New York Times bestselling Cocky Bastard series.
There are exactly 2,716 miles between my home in Boston and my best friend in Las Vegas. When she calls me to let me know that she’s about to get married and needs me at her ceremony in five days, how could I refuse?
Just one problem. These winter storms have all the flights cancelled.
Luckily for me, I’m not the only person desperate to get to that wedding. Kirsten’s dad, whom I’ve never met, is waiting outside my apartment, willing to drive me across the country so neither of us miss the wedding.
By New York, I learn that Henry James is the smuggest British man I have ever met.
In Chicago, he makes me question every single life choice I’ve made.
It’s in Denver that we finally break the forbidden rules between us.
By the time we reach Vegas, my best friend may never want to speak to me again—because I’ve fallen head over heels for her dad.
Handsome Devil is an age gap/best friend’s dad romance inspired by British Bedmate and Cocky Bastard.

Nancy VanSpunky’s Review
Henry James is an arrogant British surgeon… an uptight, play-by-the rules one. He’s also Laila’s best friend’s dad. Road trip across the states for her bff’s Vegas wedding? What could happen? I have to say this is one, hot age gap romance! All Henry had to do was open his mouth and I was in deep. I feel like Laila played some serious games, but Henry knew she was and fell for it anyway. This book is a great just-for-fun read. “Age gap” is one of my favorite genres and Sara Cate fulfilled on that count. Handsome Devil is super steamy. Take a road trip with Henry and Laila! 4 stars
Sara Cate writes steamy contemporary romance with high stakes and big feels. She has a soft spot for forbidden romance, age gap, lots of angst, and boys so bad you can’t help but love them.
