This story is in the Young Adult or New Adult category. Bad Crush is Reagan and Adam’s story. Reagan is crushing on her best friend’s brother, Adam. He’s the captain of the hockey team and a serial monogamist. Evidently, he thinks she is the most beautiful girl on campus and has since the day she moved in. Their romance starts with a fake relationship. At one point, Raegan says she’s Adam’s fiance. She’s a theater geek and can be awkward and too self-conscious. Adam is trying to do things differently in this relationship, but this leaves Reagan confused. Will these two figure their lives out? If you’re in love with sports romance that’s steamy and sweet, then pick this one up. You won’t be sorry. 4 stars!
