This story started out on the dark side and I ALMOST put it down, BUT I’m so happy that I didn’t! Sutton is a billionaire. The two people he thought he loved most in life betray him by getting engaged and he’s broken; he’s lost. He meets Ashleigh, who’s homeless and barely surviving. Sutton is immediately taken with Ashleigh and grows increasingly attracted to and protective of her. But Ashleigh has some secrets. Secrets that will make Sutton pause and possibly even drive him away from her. Can these two have a chance to be a real couple?

I started out guarded while reading this book and then Mating Theory became a page-turner for me. You’ll be rooting for Sutton and Ashley way before the end. Great new story by Skye Warren! 4 stars
